Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
Work closely with architects, business analysts, and development teams to refine solutions
Monitor and ensure requirements fulfilment throughout delivery
Support development teams during implementation
Analyze and adapt existing solutions to evolving business needs
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions
Contribute to improving ways of working (WoW) and requirement management processes
Work within a DevOps environment focused on microservices and connectivity

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar tools
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
