Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior Configuration Manager
What You Will Work On
- Own and manage configuration, change, and release processes across the program
- Establish and enhance configuration management frameworks and best practices
- Ensure traceability, governance, and control across environments and releases
- Drive continuous improvements in DevOps practices and delivery quality
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams
- Act as a key interface between technical and business stakeholders
- Support large-scale transformation initiatives with structured configuration processes
- Implement automation and standardization across environments
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in senior roles such as Configuration Manager, Release Manager, or similar
- Strong technical background in software development and infrastructure
- Experience working in complex integration environments and large transformation programs
- Deep understanding of modern configuration management practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Git
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, CloudBees, or GitLab CI/CD
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash)
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (DDL, DCL, TCL, triggers, views, stored procedures)
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Master’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
