Assignment Description
We are looking for a Partner Engineer / Developer Relations profile
What You Will Work On
- Support external partners and internal stakeholders with onboarding and integrations
- Assist with partner setup, organization management, and platform enablement
- Improve developer experience across APIs and platform services
- Identify and automate manual support and operational processes
- Maintain and improve developer documentation and platform content
- Ensure documentation supports both human developers and AI-driven developer workflows
- Participate actively in developer communities and feedback channels
- Gather developer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives
- Support API integrations and technical troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams on platform enhancements
- Help strengthen community engagement and platform adoption
- Contribute to scalable support and developer enablement processes
What You Bring
- Experience within Developer Relations, Partner Engineering, Technical Support, or similar technical community-oriented roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and integration workflows
- Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, support, communication, and community engagement
- Experience supporting external partners or developer communities
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and pedagogically
- Structured and process-oriented mindset
- Strong interest in improving developer and partner experiences
- Understanding of modern AI-driven developer workflows and AI-assisted tooling
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
