Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a leading organization in the process industry.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and continuously improve test strategies and test plans together with the Test CoE
- Lead and coordinate teams of testers across multiple test phases
- Ensure test teams have the right prerequisites, structure, and support to execute testing activities effectively
- Plan, prioritize, and follow up testing activities together with business and technical teams
- Drive and coordinate test execution activities, initially focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage and coordinate defect and incident management processes
- Ensure clear documentation of test cases, test execution results, and reporting activities
- Monitor test progress, risks, deviations, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the central Test Manager and other Test Leads within the transformation program
- Contribute to the development and governance of test methodologies and test data management practices
- Support quality assurance activities across ERP implementation and transformation initiatives
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading testing activities within large and complex transformation or implementation programs
- Experience working with ERP implementations in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern testing methodologies
- Experience working within agile delivery organizations and cross-functional teams
- Experience with end-to-end test data management and test quality assurance
- Experience managing defect processes and coordinating between business and development teams
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Experience working with enterprise-level test management and testing tools
- Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Certification within testing or test leadership such as ISTQB or equivalent
