SAP Test Coordinator - 17753

Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a leading organization in the process industry.

What You Will Work On

Develop and continuously improve test strategies and test plans together with the Test CoE
Lead and coordinate teams of testers across multiple test phases
Ensure test teams have the right prerequisites, structure, and support to execute testing activities effectively
Plan, prioritize, and follow up testing activities together with business and technical teams
Drive and coordinate test execution activities, initially focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage and coordinate defect and incident management processes
Ensure clear documentation of test cases, test execution results, and reporting activities
Monitor test progress, risks, deviations, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the central Test Manager and other Test Leads within the transformation program
Contribute to the development and governance of test methodologies and test data management practices
Support quality assurance activities across ERP implementation and transformation initiatives

What You Bring

Proven experience leading testing activities within large and complex transformation or implementation programs
Experience working with ERP implementations in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern testing methodologies
Experience working within agile delivery organizations and cross-functional teams
Experience with end-to-end test data management and test quality assurance
Experience managing defect processes and coordinating between business and development teams
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Experience working with enterprise-level test management and testing tools
Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Certification within testing or test leadership such as ISTQB or equivalent
