Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an Agile Coach / Delivery Excellence Lead
What You Will Work On
- Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders in Lean-Agile principles and delivery practices
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and execution activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes
- Support capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery alignment
- Monitor dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery risks across value streams
- Enable collaboration between product, architecture, operations, and delivery teams
- Support escalation management and proactive issue resolution
- Follow up and improve delivery-related performance indicators
- Facilitate planning, review, and retrospective activities
- Support teams in creating predictable and value-driven delivery outcomes
- Drive organizational maturity in Agile delivery and execution excellence
What You Bring
- Proven experience in leadership positions within Agile delivery environments such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Delivery Lead, Program Lead, or similar roles
- Experience facilitating large-scale Agile deliveries using SAFe or comparable frameworks
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and training capabilities
- Experience working with Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile execution processes
- Good understanding of delivery metrics and flow diagnostics including predictability, lead time, flow efficiency, and cumulative flow
- Experience working with Jira and Agile planning and visualization tools
- Ability to influence teams and drive organizational change without formal authority
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multicultural and cross-functional environments
- Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience
