Assignment Description
We are currently looking for one or two senior consultants with expertise in Enterprise Architecture and/or Change Management
What You Will Work On
- Lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation
- Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with target architecture, business objectives, and long-term organizational strategy
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architects and domain architects to define and maintain business and technology direction
- Work closely with executive leadership and key decision-makers to build alignment, engagement, and momentum
- Support the development of transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and decision-making forums
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to transformation and organizational change
- Drive communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities
- Ensure successful organizational adoption of new processes, capabilities, and operating models
- Monitor transformation progress and support realization of expected business value
- Create alignment between business, technology, architecture, and operational functions
- Contribute to governance, planning, and strategic execution activities
What You Bring
- Extensive experience leading large-scale business, digital, or organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Change Management, or a combination of both disciplines
- Experience aligning business strategy with organizational and technology transformation programs
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of target architectures, business capabilities, and strategic planning
- Experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps
- Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate transformation-related risks
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving organizational change and adoption initiatives
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to create clarity, direction, and measurable business outcomes in complex environments
