Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst / System Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Lead and facilitate business and solution analysis activities
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements with a solution-oriented approach
- Work closely with architects and developers to design and shape IT solutions
- Analyze system architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Identify dependencies across applications, platforms, and business processes
- Translate business needs into technically feasible solution designs
- Support solution definition in complex enterprise environments
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards
- Facilitate communication between teams located in Sweden and China
- Support agile development teams throughout the solution lifecycle
- Analyze and document system interactions and integration requirements
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solution delivery
- Support stakeholder alignment across business and IT functions
What You Bring
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
- Strong technical understanding of:
- System Architecture
- Systems Integration
- Data Flows
- Cloud Solutions
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Experience in Agile environments and modern delivery methodologies
- Ability to understand complex technical and business ecosystems
- Experience working with enterprise applications and interconnected systems
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills in international environments
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams
