Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect
What You Will Work On
- Define and govern solution architecture across the retail domain
- Ensure seamless interaction between retail systems and business platforms
- Design and support omnichannel retail processes and customer journeys
- Define ownership and responsibilities across systems and data domains
- Support solution design for:
- Sales processes
- Pricing management
- Campaign management
- Inventory management
- Store operations
- Identify dependencies across store, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, and enterprise platforms
- Review and evaluate solution proposals from vendors and project teams
- Ensure consistent integration patterns and information flows
- Create architecture deliverables including:
- Process flows
- Integration maps
- System interaction diagrams
- Solution blueprints
- Support migration, rollout, deployment, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives
- Drive architecture governance and best practices across the transformation program
What You Bring
- Proven experience with retail and omnichannel solutions in large organizations
- Strong understanding of modern retail operating models and customer journeys
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) and store systems
- Experience with pricing, promotions, campaign management, and sales processes
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer-facing digital solutions
- Experience with CRM and loyalty management platforms
- Strong understanding of integrations, information flows, and data modeling
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Domain Architect, or similar architecture role
- Experience working in complex enterprise system landscapes
- Ability to bridge business and technology requirements
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and implementation partners
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
