Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Interim CTO / Head of Product & Technology
What You Will Work On
- Own and evolve the overall product and technology strategy
- Define and drive long-term technology and product roadmaps
- Lead product development, engineering, operations, and internal IT functions
- Establish effective portfolio management and initiative prioritization
- Develop realistic delivery forecasts and capacity planning models
- Align technology investments and product initiatives with business objectives
- Balance new product development, technical debt, maintenance, and operational needs
- Support customer migration from legacy platforms to modern solutions
- Improve collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and business teams
- Drive organizational maturity and operational excellence
- Implement modern ways of working, including AI and automation initiatives
- Support executive management and board members with strategic technology decisions
- Improve governance, planning, and execution capabilities
- Ensure scalable and sustainable product delivery processes
- Build alignment across multiple strategic initiatives
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in senior technology leadership positions
- Proven experience as CTO, Head of Technology, VP Engineering, or similar executive role
- Strong background within SaaS, software product companies, or technology-driven organizations
- Experience leading product, engineering, and technology organizations
- Proven people management and organizational development experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Modern software development practices
- Software architecture
- Cloud platforms and operations
- Product lifecycle management
- Technology governance
- Experience with:
- Product strategy
- Roadmap planning
- Portfolio management
- Capacity planning
- Resource prioritization
- Ability to connect technology decisions to business value and growth objectives

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Fluent Swedish and English
