Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior Test Manager / Test Leader
What You Will Work On
- Define and establish the overall test strategy for a complex transformation program
- Build testing frameworks, governance structures, and working methods from the ground up
- Analyze testing prerequisites, dependencies, and organizational readiness
- Assess risks and identify mitigation strategies
- Define test scope, processes, and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and key stakeholders
- Establish test governance and reporting structures
- Develop test plans, test roadmaps, and quality assurance approaches
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple systems and projects
- Ensure integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing are effectively managed
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, and risk indicators
- Support release readiness assessments and go-live activities
- Drive continuous improvements within testing and quality management practices
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance is integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle
What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Test Manager or Test Leader in large IT programs and transformation initiatives
- Proven experience building testing strategies, governance models, and frameworks from scratch
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing best practices
- Experience leading testing activities across complex system landscapes
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong risk management and analytical capabilities
- Experience coordinating testing across integrated platforms and applications
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
- Experience establishing testing processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
