Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for policy management
- Design and enhance a centralized policy platform supporting multiple business use cases
- Build internal web applications for creating, updating, and managing policies
- Design and implement modern, user-friendly frontend interfaces
- Develop both frontend and backend components using modern technologies
- Design scalable data models supporting policy versioning, traceability, and governance
- Build data pipelines that provide structured policy data for machine learning models and downstream systems
- Ensure policy data is version-controlled, quality-assured, and fully traceable
- Design APIs with a focus on scalability, schema evolution, and backward compatibility
- Support real-time and batch data processing solutions
- Collaborate closely with Detection, Enforcement, Compliance, and other engineering teams
- Contribute to platform architecture, software quality, and engineering best practices
- Support continuous improvements across the policy platform
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Software Engineer
- Strong experience developing backend services and production-grade APIs
- Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar backend technologies
- Practical experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript
- Experience delivering full-stack solutions from data model to user interface
- Strong understanding of API design, schema management, and backward compatibility
- Experience with data modeling, including versioning, traceability, and efficient search capabilities
- Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines
- Good understanding of real-time and batch data processing architectures
- Experience developing internal tools for business users
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and software design skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
