Assignment Description
We are looking for experienced Test & Verification Engineers
What You Will Work On
- Develop and execute test and verification plans for components, modules, and complete systems
- Perform hands-on testing, including functional, mechanical, and chemical compatibility testing
- Execute verification activities to ensure product performance and reliability
- Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret measurement data
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and verification results
- Develop and improve test methods, verification processes, and laboratory test equipment
- Support continuous improvements in testing methodologies and product quality
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, software, and systems engineers
- Contribute throughout the product development lifecycle from development to product maintenance
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and verification, preferably within product development
- Strong experience with test execution and verification methodologies
- Knowledge of measurement techniques, laboratory equipment, and data analysis
- Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing technical reports and test documentation
- Hands-on experience working in laboratory or R&D environments
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach to work
- Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional engineering teams
