Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Group Manager – Project Quality Management
What You Will Work On
- Lead and develop the Project Quality Management team
- Manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across industrial projects
- Plan team resources and balance project workloads
- Support, coach, and develop team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize quality processes
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Bid Management teams
- Support bid preparation through quality planning, budget estimates, and review of customer quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and internal quality standards
- Monitor project quality performance and resolve quality-related issues
- Lead quality planning throughout project execution
- Coordinate quality documentation, inspections, audits, and reporting
- Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective actions
- Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support organizational development and change initiatives
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Group Manager, or Line Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
- Background in technically complex industrial or engineering projects
- Experience working in project-based organizations
- Understanding of project execution and quality management processes
- Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering and business functions
- Experience driving process improvements and organizational change
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English and good Swedish communication skills
