Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Specialist / Azure DevOps Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Build and optimize YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines
- Implement DevSecOps principles across software development and operations
- Integrate automated security controls into CI/CD workflows
- Configure and maintain SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
- Integrate security tools and frameworks into development pipelines
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
- Support container-based application deployment and platform automation
- Improve deployment automation, monitoring, and release processes
- Drive continuous improvements in DevSecOps practices and cloud security
- Coach development teams on secure software delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and Agile Release Train activities
- Manage cross-team dependencies within complex delivery environments
- Evaluate and recommend new DevSecOps technologies and tools
- Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps within complex enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with both YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD security best practices
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
- Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
- Experience working with container-based platforms and deployments
- Strong collaboration skills with development, operations, and security teams
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Experience working within SAFe Agile or similar Agile frameworks
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, structured, solution-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
