Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP S4 HANA Application Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Implement a SAP S/4HANA DMS solution by customizing, configuring, migrating, and testing.
• Maintain competency in the design and configuration of SAP application processes.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement SAP applications.
• Set up SAP DMS and document structure for the S/4HANA system.
• Integrate and install/configure the SAP DMS application component with other core modules of SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure the system according to the scope and document the system.
• Conduct system testing and document results.
• Train key users on the system.
• Manage SAP documents, document structure, document search, document distribution, version management, document vault, integrated view state management, document conversion, document workflow, and interface table specification.
• Integrate SAP DMS applications with other core modules of S/4HANA.
• Set up SAP knowledge management, SAP content server, and manage metadata search and configuration as well as workflow integration, company search, integration, and security linked to DMS implementation.
• Work with associated standard workflows within MM, QM, and PM.

What You Bring:

• Experience in implementing SAP document management on S/4HANA.
• Experience in configuring SAP workflows.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management or other ERP modules using SAP DMS.
• Compliance with all IT security regulations.
• Knowledge of SAP ECTR and SAP PLM Cloud is advantageous.
• Experience setting up archive link to support retention of purchase orders and invoices and other documents.
• Experience with document migration from SAP DMS to other ECM solutions.
• Proficiency in SAP, S/4HANA, ERP, knowledge management, and enterprise resource planning.
• Experience with metadata, deployment, workflow, invoices, DMS, version management, asset management, application design, process design, QM, and document management.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SER Doxis4.
• Familiarity with SAP PLM Cloud.
• Ability to set up and manage SAP knowledge management and content server.
• Strong integration skills with workflow configuration, company search, integration, and security related to DMS implementation.
