Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Change Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Review and coordinate changes, approvals, and communications across various teams.
Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and support Continuous Improvement Requests (CAR) list maintenance.
Conduct compliance reporting and generate periodic audit reports as required.
Set up and manage workflows to enhance process efficiency.
Adapt processes to meet evolving compliance requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

Frameworks and Tools:

ITIL 4 (open to alternative suggestions)
Jira

What You Bring:

Expertise in reviewing and optimizing change enablement processes.
Proven experience as a consultant, with the ability to assess current operations, understand departmental and business needs, and recommend improvements.
Strong capability to handle regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on process improvement.
Experience in understanding existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, implementing changes, and providing training to teams.
