Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Designer and Technical Lead – Mechatronics to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Lead and manage a team of mechatronics engineers in various projects, ensuring the successful completion of feasibility studies and project planning activities.
Oversee research and development (R&D) efforts within projects, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Engage in mechanical design work, with 30-50% of your time dedicated to hands-on construction using CAD in Catia.
Balance management responsibilities with active participation in design tasks, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
Act as the technical lead, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What You Bring:

10 years of relevant experience in mechatronics, with a strong background in mechanical design and project management.
Proven experience in leading and running projects, with the ability to manage both technical and managerial aspects effectively.
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Catia, and a solid understanding of mechanical design principles.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
A commitment to working full-time on-site at the customer’s location in the Jönköping region, ensuring close collaboration and hands-on involvement in project activities.
