Job Description
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive BCM Strategy: Create a strategy that addresses the needs of Builders across various regions. This includes communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of AI tools.
- Identify and Assess Potential Impacts of AI: Understand how AI might alter Builders’ roles, responsibilities, and workflows. Develop strategies to mitigate potential anxieties regarding job displacement or skill gaps.
- Lead Change Management Initiatives: Conduct workshops, awareness campaigns, and provide ongoing support to Builders as they integrate AI into their daily tasks.
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design training programs tailored to different skill levels, covering topics such as AI fundamentals, AI tool selection and usage, responsible AI practices, and data management for AI projects.
- Facilitate Collaboration Between Builders and AI Experts: Foster communication and knowledge sharing between Builders and AI professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Develop and Implement Communication Plans: Create materials to educate Builders on AI concepts, benefits, and limitations, while maintaining a two-way communication channel to address any questions or concerns.
- Measure and Track Success: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of BCM initiatives, including AI tool adoption rates, training participation, and feedback from Builders.
- Stay Current on AI Trends: Continuously research new AI technologies and best practices, updating the BCM strategy to keep Builders informed and prepared for ongoing AI advancements.

- Strong understanding of software development and data science workflows.

- Experience working in a global corporate environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
