Senior CAE Engineer - 10286

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAE Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Conduct comprehensive strength, fatigue, and response analyses primarily on engines, transmissions, and powertrain systems, covering both traditional and electric drive systems in marine and industrial applications.
Actively participate in the design process by communicating analyzed results to relevant stakeholders, ensuring the integration of findings into the design and development phases.
Collaborate within a highly skilled simulation and analysis team that operates across various CAE domains, contributing to the continuous development and enhancement of methods and workflows.
Utilize modern commercial CAE software and high-performance hardware to meet stringent demands, focusing on tools such as ADINA (similar to ANSYS, ABAQUS, Nastran), ANSA, META, and FEMFAT.

What You Bring:

A Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Applied Mechanics or a closely related field.
Expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with a strong focus on strength, fatigue, and structural dynamics.
Experience in engine, transmission, and powertrain development is highly desirable.
Technical knowledge and experience in electrical drive systems are advantageous.
Strong team player with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
Excellent communication and networking skills, essential for daily interactions both within and outside the organization.
Fluency in both English and Swedish.
