Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the design and development of packaging solutions for components in the next-generation battery packs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in production, logistics, and external packaging suppliers.
Ensure the efficient flow of parts through optimized packaging that meets both logistical and production requirements.
Use your expertise in Pack assistance and/or CAD to develop and refine packaging designs.
Participate in the ongoing expansion of battery capacity by contributing packaging strategies and solutions.

What you bring:

A university or civil engineering degree with a solution- and goal-oriented mindset.
Strong ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments, creating structure in unstructured settings.
Initiative and independence in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to work.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Meriting experiences:

Experience in packaging production and design.
Background in logistics-related activities and understanding of the logistics flow.
Proficiency in Pack assistance and/or CAD, with hands-on experience in packaging design.
