Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Managing projects focused on IT security, ensuring alignment with overall IT development efforts.
Collaborating effectively with various teams and departments across the organization to drive project success.
Ensuring clear communication of complex security and IT concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Overseeing the operational stability of existing infrastructure while contributing to its evolution in line with ISO standards.

What You Bring:

Extensive experience as a project manager, ideally within security-focused projects.
Proven experience in IT development, with a strong understanding of IT and security capabilities.
A relevant post-secondary IT education or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
A clear and effective communication style, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex information to make informed decisions.

Additional Merits:

Experience in the banking and finance sector, though not required, is highly desirable.
A solid understanding of requirements management and supplier cooperation.
Previous experience in managing requirements for complex projects is an advantage.
