Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Ensure cohesive service delivery that meets the high standards of availability and performance required by the customer and authorities.
- Lead internal and external collaboration to manage service delivery, working closely with both suppliers and the customer’s business teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Manager to ensure the service meets technical requirements and customer expectations.
- Oversee the entire service lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established security requirements.
- Manage financial follow-up, ensuring services are delivered within budget while maintaining service quality.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on agreed SLAs and continuous reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in the Service Catalog and CMDB to reflect service details and ongoing changes.
- Manage risk within the service area, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
- Work in close cooperation with the process organization to ensure seamless service operations.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with a strong foundation in ITIL-based services.
- Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting for IT services.
- Broad technical competence with a solid understanding of server platforms, networking, and storage solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management, preferably with a technical edge in a specific area such as security services.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in Banking and Finance (highly meritorious).
- Previous experience with security services and IT service management is a plus.
