Senior Service Development Consultant - 10326

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Development Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Conduct minor investigations to support service development, summarizing department experiences from incidents and compiling key learnings.
Create and organize documentation, ensuring clarity and relevance, particularly in relation to recent incidents, service processes, and agreements.
Prepare the groundwork to address specific requirements stemming from critical agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with service objectives.
Assist in compiling and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making within the department.
Identify areas for enhancing or developing new services, providing recommendations based on data and departmental insights.
Lead or assist in coordinating internal projects to drive the successful development or improvement of service offerings.

What you bring:

Several years of experience in operational and tactical project management, product management, or service development.
Documented experience in developing, implementing, and enhancing new or existing services.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to achieve service development objectives.
Strong analytical abilities to assess needs, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
