Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the design, development, and testing of front and rear exterior lighting systems for heavy vehicles.
Define and verify performance standards for lighting components to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Manage global lighting projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring product quality and functionality.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to facilitate successful product launches.
Drive validation and verification procedures to optimize the durability and environmental performance of lighting systems.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in lighting technology to drive innovation.

What you bring:

Over 10 years of experience in automotive product development, with a strong emphasis on exterior lighting systems.
Demonstrated expertise in leading global projects involving the design, development, and testing of automotive lighting systems.
Deep knowledge of lighting performance standards, environmental regulations, and verification procedures.
Proven leadership and project management abilities, with experience working effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
Proficiency in CATIA V5 or other relevant CAD software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
