Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the reliability and performance of products.
Participate in reliability testing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Assist in developing reliability test plans and protocols to ensure product longevity and performance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Work closely with senior engineers to implement reliability enhancements and ensure continuous product improvements.
Generate detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations.

What You Bring:

Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and tools to support product evaluations and improvements.
A strong commitment to personal and professional growth with an eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of battery systems is a plus, though not required.
