Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Epic Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation plans.
  • Gather and clarify requirements with multiple stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Drive project execution, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
  • Lead risk management efforts with the team to address potential risks and uncertainties related to the new solution’s implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturers, testing facilities, product owners, and line management throughout project execution.

What you bring:

  • University degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience managing R&D projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a multi-site global environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not required.
