Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define project requirements, scope, and timelines, identifying critical paths and milestones.
• Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team consisting of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet evolving project requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and changes.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance to key stakeholders and the Steering Committee.
• Establish and track key success metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement project controls and risk management procedures to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Analyze data, benchmark processes, and recommend improvements to optimize existing workflows and enhance process efficiency.
• Support training initiatives and prepare training materials to facilitate successful project deployment and adoption.

What you bring:

• Over 5 years of project management experience in product development or lifecycle management.
• Proven expertise in consulting, process improvement, or working within software vendor companies, focusing on execution, planning, and development processes.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in conducting effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences, both live and online.
• Deep understanding of business process mapping and business requirement analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex internal processes and propose effective solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of project management tools and their integration with enterprise-level systems such as PLM.
• Experience with project execution tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Miro).
• A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• English proficiency is sufficient for this assignment.
