Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PEGA Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Design the service framework for the retail credit assessment and decision-making process.
  • Align process steps and user roles with the target operating model to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Pega Business Architects, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
  • Develop detailed workflow stages that can be implemented using Pega, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist Pega Business Architects in translating design specifications into actionable Pega build items for development.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Pega Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes in retail credit assessment.
  • Pega LBA certification, demonstrating expertise in Pega platform capabilities and methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
