Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Excellence Specialist – Non-Conformance Management to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and clarify processes, tools, and associated training materials.
Coordinate and manage NCC cases in collaboration with existing resources.
Support operations in conducting root cause investigations to address non-conformance issues.
Drive and ensure the implementation of improvements based on root cause findings.
Analyze and compile NCC data to provide actionable insights.
Contribute to various projects and initiatives within the Business Excellence department.

A university degree in economics, IT, or logistics (preferred).
Experience in project management, Lean principles, business development, deviation management, and running workshops.
