Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop technical requirements for UTM, with a focus on non-functional requirements.
• Create architectural models to outline solutions or alternatives for decision-making.
• Establish a Solution Architecture Document (SAD) to describe the technical solution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to align technical requirements and system specifications.
• Define and implement data exchange mechanisms with surrounding systems.
• Drive the production of architectural artifacts and proactively seek necessary information.
• Engage with internal architecture councils and leverage available architecture support.

What you bring:

• University education in IT or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• Extensive experience in IT architecture, including methods, tools, and processes.
• Proven track record in designing IT solutions and preparing architecture for application development.
• Strong background in infrastructure, IT platforms, technical solutions, and IT security.
• Expertise in modeling languages such as Prime Arch, Archimate, or UML, and experience with modeling tools.
• Proficiency in requirements management and IT architecture standards.
• Experience with SPARX EA and one or more architecture frameworks.
• Knowledge of Prime Arch framework and IT architecture’s role in regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with governance models such as ITIL, PM3, or SAFe.
• Training and certifications in IT architecture (e.g., Certified IT Architect Master, CITA-X, DFK-CIA).
• Experience with development methodologies such as Agile, LEAN, V-model, or RUP.
• Knowledge of ATM (Air Traffic Management) and UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management).
• Experience in designing IT solutions with risk and requirements processes in focus.
• Background in roles such as system developer, project manager, requirements analyst, or IT specialist.
• Expertise in traceability matrices, risk management, and linking system design to security requirements.
• Familiarity with asset-centric processes and information security frameworks like ISMS.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
