Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Lead Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with initiatives and projects to align with the architectural roadmap.
- Ensure architectural designs are documented in compliance with principles and instructions.
- Coordinate project needs, dependencies, and governance to maintain adherence to architectural principles.
- Manage architectural aspects of projects and initiatives to ensure efficient, high-quality, and sustainable implementations.
- Communicate and anchor relevant architectural information across the organization, providing decision-making support.
- Act as an advisor on design and architecture issues, providing operational support for daily delivery and projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT principles and guidelines, overseeing architectural control in daily operations and projects.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in developing architectural descriptions and models, with proven expertise in similar roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to take a holistic view.
- Deep knowledge of multiple technical domains and complex legacy-to-modern technology transformations.
- Understanding of capability, process, conceptual and information modeling, and requirements management.
- Familiarity with business model design, goal modeling, and service design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT capabilities, the current IT landscape, and their implications.
- Experience in container-based systems (e.g., Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency with modeling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or similar.
- Ability to describe, model, visualize, and analyze complex structures and relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, structured working methods, and the ability to lead workshops with diverse participants.
- Knowledge of process models and the regulatory environment for licensed banking activities.
- Understanding of the organization’s purpose, goals, and strategies, with a customer-centric perspective.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
