Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Support Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Provide essential technical support in infrastructure services, assisting with routine tasks and infrastructure projects.
- Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
- Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
- Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.
- Contribute to infrastructure service delivery with a continuous learning mindset.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge.
- Experience in service delivery on RUN and project activities with large customers.
- Strong experience in at least two or more of the following areas: Red Hat, DELL ECM Storage, DELL AVAMAR, Solaris, MS Windows Server, Oracle Databases, Linux, Apache HTTP Server, SuSe Linux, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Internet Information Services (IIS), VMWare
- This assignment can also be carried out on-site with a consultant based in Stockholm, Linköping, Gothenburg, or Karlskrona/Kalmar
- Fluent in English and swedish.
