Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the development of a mature ISO21434-based product cybersecurity management system.
- Provide technical leadership to cybersecurity engineering teams, guiding them toward long-term business-aligned visions.
- Translate cybersecurity strategies into capabilities that protect products, assets, and customers.
- Drive cybersecurity verification, testing, and threat intelligence gathering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within product cybersecurity and other technical domains.
- Communicate architectural visions and act as an ambassador for the technology area internally and externally.
- Support Agile Release Trains with cybersecurity engineering throughout the product lifecycle, including implementation, verification, validation, and maintenance.
- Develop internal processes for effective cybersecurity management and act as a knowledge center within BASC.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in formulating technical strategies and concepts aligned with long-term business visions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and supervising technical teams.
- Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills within flexible team constellations.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated winning attitude, great persona, and a strong track record with references.
