Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Ensure quality control processes are followed to maintain high standards.
Manage deviations by identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence.
Conduct supplier assessments and audits to evaluate and improve supplier performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across departments to ensure optimal conditions for high-quality outcomes.
Work in a structured manner, adhering to established processes and industry regulations.

What you bring:

Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality control, deviation management, and supplier assessments.
Experience in mechanics or electronics & systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Structured and process-oriented approach to work.
Swedish citizenship is required.
Must pass a security clearance due to the assignment being within the defense industry.
