Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and enhance backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate closely with team members including testers, system developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
- Work with other development and platform teams with a strong focus on continuous delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in a complex development environment with many system integrations.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Engage in configuration and management tasks related to container-based solutions using tools like OpenShift.
- Handle incident management, operational maintenance, and both new and further development tasks.
- Take ownership of work items from product management and independently drive deliverables while contributing to the overall team responsibility.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience in Java development.
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience working with the Spring Framework.
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience developing REST APIs for web services.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools in container-based environments.
- Practical experience with Git/Bitbucket and OpenShift configuration and management.
- Proven experience working in autonomous agile development teams.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of working according to SCRUM, including tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish.
- Experience with clean code practices (meritorious).
- Experience working in complex development environments with extensive system integrations (meritorious).
- Experience with incident management, operations, and management alongside development activities (meritorious).
- Strong collaboration skills, proactive participation in team meetings, and the ability to take initiative and ownership of deliverables (meritorious).
