Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Gather, document, and track business and regulatory requirements through to acceptance testing, using modern requirements management tools
- Consolidate and harmonize Data Act compliance requirements across business units to ensure full alignment with EU data-sharing regulations
- Design user data-access request and verification processes that balance ease of use with secure identity verification
- Develop secure data-access interfaces, leveraging and extending the client’s existing platforms
- Collaborate with Legal to prepare clear pre-contractual information about data collection and usage, as required under the EU Data Act
- Contribute to the development of a governance framework for Data Act compliance, with defined roles, responsibilities, and processes
- Act as the key liaison between Legal, IT, and Data Management teams, translating legal obligations into operational and technical solutions
- Advise on best-in-class digital and IT solutions to support transformation projects and ensure efficient, effective processes
What you bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with direct experience within Volvo considered a strong advantage
- Proven expertise in business analysis and data governance, with a strong understanding of digital transformation processes
- Ability to capture, document, and manage complex business and regulatory requirements through to implementation and testing
- Deep knowledge of EU Data Act compliance, with experience consolidating and applying regulatory requirements in a business context
- Strong capability in designing and implementing secure and user-friendly data-access processes and interfaces
- Demonstrated experience working across Legal, IT, and Data Management teams to align regulatory, operational, and technical needs
- Track record of advising stakeholders on digital and IT solutions that deliver efficiency, compliance, and measurable business value
