Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the program
- Support Program Management in ensuring effective execution of program activities
- Collaborate closely with Program HR and local HR teams on people-related processes and initiatives
- Support workforce planning, resource management, and staffing activities within a global and virtual program environment
- Administer and monitor people-related processes to ensure efficient and compliant execution
- Manage program administration, documentation, reporting, and data tracking activities
- Maintain and improve frameworks, templates, and processes for ways of working
- Support organizational design and operational improvement initiatives
- Coordinate competence development planning and capability-building activities
- Facilitate reskilling and upskilling initiatives across program teams
- Support resource allocation and staffing decisions
- Ensure alignment with policies, labor regulations, and ethical standards in collaboration with HR
- Drive engagement, collaboration, and well-being initiatives for program members
- Support structured communication and information flow across stakeholders
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and long-term organizational capability development
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements
What You Bring
- Experience working in Program Coordination, PMO, Program Support, Operations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting complex programs, large-scale initiatives, or transformation environments
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating people-related processes and workforce activities
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and information management capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Experience supporting workforce planning and resource management activities
- Ability to translate strategic goals into structured operational processes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent planning and coordination abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
