Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coach the team through agile ceremonies and DevSecOps practices.
- Develop and maintain Java fullstack solutions within a modern microservice architecture.
- Contribute to product development, exploring business needs and defining future solutions with Product Owners, UX Designers, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers.
- Support the transformation of legacy monolith systems into cloud-native solutions.
- Implement integrations using MQ and/or APIs and automate workflows using Azure and GitHub Actions.
- Develop complex web applications using frontend technologies such as React, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices across development and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer value and maintain high-quality solutions.
- Foster team growth through mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams; Agile Coach experience is a plus.
- Strong Java fullstack development skills, including asynchronous programming and cloud services.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and secure software development practices.
- Experience with microservice architecture and integrating systems via MQ or APIs.
- Frontend development experience with modern web technologies (React, Angular, TypeScript).
- Expert knowledge of databases and security standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Customer-value driven mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish is preferred.
- Passion for coding, agile practices, team development, and continuous learning.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking principles.
- Experience with Mainframe and COBOL systems.
