Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java 21+
- Build REST-based services, integrations, and batch processing solutions
- Design and work with enterprise architecture patterns (Jakarta EE / JPA)
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or DB2, including data modeling
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and version control workflows
- Contribute to test automation and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams
- Support system maintenance, enhancement, and modernization
- Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong experience with Java 21+ and enterprise application development
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and batch processing
- Knowledge of Jakarta EE and JPA-based architectures
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, DB2) and data modeling
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., ReadyAPI) is a plus
- Experience from banking or financial services domain is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Structured, responsible, and quality-driven working approach
