Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager / Journey Transformation Lead
What You Will Work On
- Lead organizational change across a large transformation program
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies
- Create and maintain change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Support the implementation of new operating models and organizational structures
- Drive customer-centric and journey-based transformation initiatives
- Facilitate executive workshops and leadership sessions
- Support business readiness and organizational adoption
- Coordinate change activities across multiple parallel projects
- Work closely with executive management and program leadership
- Translate strategic business goals into practical organizational improvements
- Manage stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels
- Identify and mitigate change resistance
- Drive communication initiatives throughout the transformation journey
- Support governance, planning, and implementation activities
- Measure adoption and transformation success
- Contribute to long-term organizational capability development
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in:
- Change Management
- Business Transformation
- Organizational Development
- Enterprise Transformation Programs
- Extensive experience leading complex transformation initiatives
- Experience designing and implementing operating models
- Strong organizational design experience
- Experience with customer-centric and journey-based organizations
- Experience working within large matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Executive-level communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and leadership meetings
- Ability to translate strategy into operational execution
- Experience managing organizational resistance
- Strong project and program management experience
- Excellent Swedish and English communication skills
- Relevant university degree
