Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Fire Detection and Protection Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Implement applicable standards and regulations into fire detection and protection system designs
- Design and prepare technical specifications and documentation based on customer and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate technical interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks, constraints, and technical challenges, and define mitigation strategies
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and system validation activities
- Support tender processes by proposing technical solutions and handling clarifications
- Contribute to budgeting activities related to fire protection systems during tender phases
- Assess risks in proposed designs and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place
- Collaborate with international teams to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address deviations
- Train and support team members and contribute to customer knowledge development when required
What You Bring
- Strong experience in fire detection and fire protection system design
- Experience working in complex or large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
- Solid knowledge of international fire safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
- Ability to manage technical design, coordination, and risk-related activities
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
