We are currently looking for an IT Service Delivery Technician
What You Will Work On
- Deliver high-quality IT support and service to end users
- Support and maintain workplace IT services and related infrastructure
- Handle incidents, requests, and service inquiries through ITSM processes
- Provide first-line support and coordinate escalations when required
- Support computers, peripherals, telephony, printing, and meeting room technology
- Assist with large-screen and visualization solutions
- Contribute to knowledge management and documentation activities
- Support IT asset management and lifecycle processes
- Participate in installation, logistics, and deployment activities
- Work with case management and service management systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery processes
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives within IT operations
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of ITSM practices
- Ensure a positive and professional end-user experience
What You Bring
- Experience working in customer support, service desk, or IT support environments
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service delivery
- Experience supporting end users in corporate IT environments
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and drive tasks independently
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Structured and organized approach to service delivery
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong interest in technology, automation, and digitalization
