We are looking for an experienced Change Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead the end-to-end change management workstream for a Microsoft 365 transformation program
- Develop and execute the overall change management strategy and adoption plan
- Drive organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives
- Design, coordinate, and execute pilot programs
- Gather user feedback and evaluate adoption outcomes
- Develop and implement communication plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead internal communication and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate change activities across business and technical teams
- Support migration and transition to the new digital workplace
- Ensure communication activities are delivered according to project plans
- Identify organizational risks and resistance to change
- Develop mitigation strategies to improve user adoption
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Measure adoption success and recommend continuous improvements
What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Change Manager in large digital transformation programs
- Strong theoretical foundation in Change Management methodologies
- Knowledge of ADKAR or similar structured change management frameworks
- Experience leading organizational change for enterprise IT implementations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Experience developing and executing communication strategies
- Experience planning and managing user adoption initiatives
- Experience coordinating pilot programs and gathering user feedback
- Strong understanding of organizational readiness and business transformation
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology implementations
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
