Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead a large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation program
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and overall delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Drive the implementation of SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot Studio, and a new LMS
- Plan and manage migration from existing collaboration and learning platforms
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
- Coordinate business transformation activities for a large employee population
- Ensure successful rollout of the new digital workplace
- Manage project governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Coordinate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget
- Drive continuous communication and alignment throughout the implementation
What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager leading enterprise IT transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation projects
- Strong experience managing SharePoint implementation and migration projects
- Experience leading digital workplace transformation initiatives
- Strong project planning, budgeting, governance, and risk management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing enterprise-wide platform migrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead complex projects from initiation through successful completion
