Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Test Manager
What You Will Work On
- Define and drive verification and validation strategies across projects and product changes
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering all verification phases
- Coordinate testing activities from early validation through user acceptance testing
- Plan and manage testing resources including rigs, environments, and vehicles
- Follow up on test execution and support issue prioritization and resolution
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Coordinate responsibilities across multiple test domains and teams
- Analyze test results and drive corrective actions
- Improve verification methodologies and testing processes
- Support virtual and software-driven verification approaches including softcar initiatives
- Strengthen end-to-end quality and release readiness
- Contribute to continuous process and delivery improvements
What You Bring
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Strong experience leading verification and validation initiatives
- Experience working with End-to-End testing or equivalent quality practices
- Strong understanding of how product quality impacts overall service delivery
- Domain knowledge within OEM connected services, telematics, transport solutions, and customer processes
- Experience planning and coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic planning with practical testing execution
- Experience driving issue management and prioritization based on test outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English
- Professional proficiency in Swedish, written and spoken
