Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Manage document flow between sub-suppliers, internal teams, and clients.
  • Set up and structure support tools for reviews, queries, MoMs, and communication.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to project execution.
  • Ensure proper handling of interfaces and stakeholders throughout HV project execution.
  • Support automation department in managing SCADA, AC substation Control & Protection, Cyber Security, and Telecom equipment.

What you bring:

  • Structured, organized, and service-minded approach.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and multiple document systems.
  • Strong understanding of version and revision control.
  • Experience in document management is beneficial, but quick learners are welcome.
  • Fluency in English; good command of Swedish required.
  • Experience working with internal, customer, and supplier document systems.
