Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Gather, document, and track business and regulatory requirements through to acceptance testing, using modern requirements management tools
Consolidate and harmonize Data Act compliance requirements across business units to ensure full alignment with EU data-sharing regulations
Design user data-access request and verification processes that balance ease of use with secure identity verification
Develop secure data-access interfaces, leveraging and extending the client’s existing platforms
Collaborate with Legal to prepare clear pre-contractual information about data collection and usage, as required under the EU Data Act
Contribute to the development of a governance framework for Data Act compliance, with defined roles, responsibilities, and processes
Act as the key liaison between Legal, IT, and Data Management teams, translating legal obligations into operational and technical solutions
Advise on best-in-class digital and IT solutions to support transformation projects and ensure efficient, effective processes

What you bring

Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with direct experience within Volvo considered a strong advantage
Proven expertise in business analysis and data governance, with a strong understanding of digital transformation processes
Ability to capture, document, and manage complex business and regulatory requirements through to implementation and testing
Deep knowledge of EU Data Act compliance, with experience consolidating and applying regulatory requirements in a business context
Strong capability in designing and implementing secure and user-friendly data-access processes and interfaces
Demonstrated experience working across Legal, IT, and Data Management teams to align regulatory, operational, and technical needs
Track record of advising stakeholders on digital and IT solutions that deliver efficiency, compliance, and measurable business value
