Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support a large-scale transformation programme within a B2B financial services environment
- Drive end-to-end requirements work across business processes, systems, and external partners, with a focus on asset finance solutions
- Analyse current and future business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements
- Document, map, and refine business processes to support modernised ways of working
- Manage and structure features, epics, and requirements in Jira
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and external partners
- Support and coach business users in adopting more digital, structured, and efficient ways of working
- Contribute to consistent delivery across initiatives within a cross-functional, matrix-based programme setup
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery practices
What you bring:
- At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience from core banking transformations with solid knowledge of banking and leasing businesses
- Hands-on experience working with CRM implementations
- Knowledge of banking domains such as credit, payments, collections, and finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in Jira with solid administrative and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
