• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software flow meets baseline requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Consolidate vision and goals into unified software requirements, driving alignment from development to release in vehicles
• Define and refine processes to facilitate smooth transitions through different stages of software development and deployment
• Act as an intermediary between business requirements and the tools implementing them, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Maintain comprehensive records of software baselines, requirements, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistency
• Organize and lead regular alignment meetings to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure cohesive approaches across all teams
• Work closely with the tool development team to ensure business requirements are met and well-integrated into the software development process
• Represent software baseline requirements to the Product Management team within the ART
• Interface with delivering areas across the entire electrical system, fostering a broad network within R&D/Engineering
• Manage the creation, release, and distribution of documented software configurations to test objects and production vehicles
• Participate in the development of modern Configuration Management tools to support the full integration and release chain

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering
• Experience in software configuration management and software development
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or flowchart tools for process mapping
• Proven experience in stakeholder management within large organizations
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Meritorious qualifications:

• Knowledge of the KDP system
• Experience in software development or management, both upstream and downstream
• Understanding of branch design, labelling, and tracking issues
• Experience in software and system design
• Background in electrical automotive development and vehicle programs as a software responsible or lead engineer
• Fluency in Swedish
