Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cable Harness Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop cable harnesses for trucks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Manage multiple ongoing tasks with short lead times, ensuring efficient project execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while also taking initiative and working independently
Organize and plan deliveries for both your own work and the work of others
Contribute to innovative solutions by exploring new approaches, learning from mistakes, and improving processes
Work on-site at the customer location in Södertälje with flexibility for hybrid work when possible

What you bring:

2 to 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the automotive industry
Proficiency in 2D modeling using Saber ESD (required)
Experience with 3D modeling in CatiaV5 (Electrics) (preferred)
Background in electrical or mechatronic engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) or a related field
Previous experience as a design engineer in the automotive industry (required)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when needed
Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of Swedish preferred
